DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Heat an oven safe pan over medium to high heat. Pat dry each piece of salmon with a paper towel, brush and season fish evenly on both sides with cooking oil and Greek Lemon One Spice. Place fish into pan skin side down; cook until skin has crisped about 5 minutes. Finish cooking in oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Enjoy.
