The Paraschos family, originating from Greece, have been in the restaurant business for many years making their mark in Michigan, USA, using their own special blend of herbs & spices. After moving to Whangarei, NZ with her “kiwi” family, Julia decided she would be the first to bottle the secret recipe portraying her father, George, on the label!
