Ingredients
  • 2 lightly toasted bakery bagels
  • Cream Cheese
  • 100g (3.5 oz) thinly sliced Smoked Salmon
  • ½ Red Onion finely chopped
  • 2 boiled eggs & separated
  • 1 tsp Capers
  • 1 tsp Caviar (any fish eggs of choice)
  • ¼ tsp Greek One Spice®
  • Separate the yolk from the boiled eggs sprinkle with Greek One Spice®
  • Chop egg whites sprinkle with Greek One Spice®
Assemble: 
  • Spread cream cheese on bagel
  • Red onion
  • smoked salmon slices
  • Eggs whites
  • Egg yolk
  • Capers
  • Caviar
